British No. 1 Andy Murray 's had recently released a new book documenting his life, as well as his history-making championship at Wimbledon in 2013. His book, 'Andy Murray: Wimbledon Champion' is now available in paperback in the United States.
The book is written by by veteran tennis journalist Mark Hodgkinson, who is founder and editor of TheTennisSpace.com and a former tennis correspondent for The Daily Telegraph. In the book, Hodgkinson documents Murray's incredible journey and examines the individuals who have influenced his career, including his family, his coaches, and his girlfriend. Hodgkinson assesses how the Scot has won over a dubious, critical public and how he was shaped into what he always wanted to be - a Wimbledon champion.
Murray is scheduled to lead the Great Britain Davis Cup team in a quarter-final tie against Italy this weekend. It is the first time since 1986 that Great Britain have reached the quarter-final round.
