The dispute is over proposals to axe ticket office workers across London Underground stations
One of two tube worker unions has suspended their involvement in strike action after reaching a deal over proposed ticket office closures.
The TSSA union has announced it will no longer take part in the industrial action, which was due to start at 9pm today and last for 48 hours.
The RMT union will now look at the deal that has been offered by London Underground. Talks have been between the tube operator and the unions at conciliation service Acas.
The tube service was reduced to 70% capacity last week after strikes from February 4 to 6.
The District Line Wimbledon branch ran at a reduced service and the Northern Line did not stop at South Wimbledon, Colliers Wood, Tooting Broadway or Clapham North.
The dispute is over proposals to axe ticket office workers across underground stations as Transport for London plans to introduce 24-hour 'night tube' services at weekends on the Northern Line.
