Rising Bulgarian star Grigor Dimitrov who won his maiden ATP title two weeks ago by beating the Little Beast David Ferrer in the finals of the If Stockholm Open in Sweden has stated that watching his girlfriend Maria Sharapova crush Serena Williams in the trophy duel of the 2004 Wimbledon was his top sporting moment.
Baby Fed Grigor Dimitrov recently argued in an interview to a newspaper that his sweetheart Maria Sharapova 's triumph at the All England Club was the best thing that he ever witnessed in his memory. He said: 'I am going to go with my girlfriend Maria winning Wimbledon at 17 years old in 2004. That was a tremendous effort.'
Furthermore, on being asked about his dream partner in the doubles if he had to choose that player from history, Grigor replied: 'I would like to play with Andre Agassi. His returns would make things easier.'
Dimitrov whose ranking has improved to an all-time high of 22 was also enquired about the best match that he played in 2013 and as expected he opined: 'The best match was when I beat Novak Djokovic in the second round in Madrid earlier this year'.
