At Kingsmeadow, home to AFC Wimbledon, it is hard not to look past the glory days when Dave Beasant lifted the famous pot. A year earlier, it had been Brian Kilcline of Coventry.

Wimbledon's woes have been well chronicled, while Coventry remain embroiled in a bitter dispute over ground-sharing.
This evening's hosts, Wimbledon, now play in League Two; the visitors in League One.
'We are all disappointed with the situation,' said Pressley. 'We'd love there to be a solution where we play in Coventry. But I can't control that.

'We will develop young players. These lads will fight tooth and nail for each other. You cannot buy that. You can't.'
