A passerby spotted the car
A plain-clothed police officer was spotted taking photos of scaffolding in Tooting in the early hours of this morning.
An unmarked police car was seen parked up outside Soni's Pizza, in Mitcham Road, just after 12.30am.
A police officer wearing a stab vest was then seen taking photographs of scaffolding next to Morleys home store.
