Could we suggest a new nickname for the man once considered a god of the court.
Bloated Boris? Boris Double Decker perhaps? Bored Boris? Bulldog?Whatever we call him, the Becker in the Novak Djokovic box at the Australian Open is a far cry from the svelte athlete he was at the age of 17 when, unseeded, he became the youngest-ever winner of the men's singles at Wimbledon.
Becker, 46, appeared pumped up in more ways than one as he cheered on Novak Djokovic.
His cheeks looked puffed out, he couldn't raise a single smile and he looked a lot older than his years.
And as for that hoodie...
The world No.2 appointed the German as his coach in mid-December, after they got together unofficially at the ATP event in beijing three weeks after the US Open, and said the link was inspired by Andy Murray's successful partnership with Ivan Lendl.
Becker was as famous for his antics off the court as he was playing tennis.
The German has been married twice and has been in the headlines for a string of dalliances with high-profile women. He married first wife, Barbara Feltus, in 1992. The pair had two children together.
He is father to a daughter, Anna, from an affair he had with Russian model Angela Ermakova in 1999.
Becker appeared to settle down in 2009, marrying Dutch model Lilly Kerssenberg. They have a son together, Amadeus.
And Becker should be able to schedule in some quality time with the family after last night's result - Djokovic was edged out in five sets by Stanislas Wawrinka.
