Breaking news BMW smashes parked car through garden fence in Phipps Bridge Road, Mitcham

This was the scene this morning after a BMW smashed into a parked Renault crashing to through a garden wall.
Neighbours on Phipps Bridge Road, Mitcham, came running from their homes after the dramatic incident, just after 8.30am today.
Bystanders said they believed the woman driving the BMW was on the wrong side of the road when she hit the stationary vehicle.
