As a result of the relaxed steady paced life style whether our client is a young professional, or a local we can offer the right friendly service tailored to the clients needs.Key Objective The Supervisor is responsible for driving sales and supporting the manager on the day-to-day operations of the store. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the team are sales driven and offer excellent customer service to all clients.Main Duties & Responsibilities: * Train staff on selling techniques and product knowledge to maintain an effective selling team within the store * Assist with Business Development through developing new clientele and customer relationships * Maintain excellent customer service at all times. * Handle customer complaints tactfully and effectively * Stand in for the Manager/Assistant Manager in their absence in all aspects of their role. * Be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors and recommend areas for business development and improvements * Maintain communication and feedback to the Store Manager/Assistant Manager on sales, products and trends in the store. * Ensure the team has an up to date knowledge of all the products, press and marketing (including online). * Inform the Manager/Assistant Manager of product performance to maximise sales and reduce any potential markdowns. * Ensure that stock is kept secure and is handled with care in the store to avoid any stock loss or write down. * Ensure any financial sales reconciliations are accurate * Support store Managers/Assistant Manager, with company stock takes and that they are carried out efficiently within company guidelines. * Provide effective democratic leadership and control for the staff * Support the Manager/Assistant Manager with the development and training of all designated team members. * Be aware of the HR policies and procedures and carry out any necessary paperwork efficiently * Any other duties as reasonably requestedExperience and requirements: * Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills * Ability to lead a team with dynamic communication skills * Skills to coach and assist team development * Pro-active approach to working with excellent organization skills * Ability to relate to the product and understand the customers needs. * Minimum GCSE qualified or equivalent. * Fluent English Skills * All Applicants must hold valid right to work in the UK From the moment you join our team we aspire to make your employment experience an engaging and memorable one.
