Shields was guest starring in an episode of the popular sitcom and in one scene was required to lick LeBlanc's fingers.
Agassi, one of the greatest tennis players in history, allegedly told Shields she had 'made him look a fool' in the scene with legendary womaniser Joey Tribbiani.
Shields wrote in her new book that her tennis playing fella stormed out of the Friends studio and drove all the way from LA to Las Vegas.
'Upon arrival he systematically smashed and destroyed every single trophy he had won, including Wimbledon and the US Open, never mind all the others,' she added, according to Globe magazine.
In the Friends episode, aired in 1996, Shields played the role of a stalker who had become obsessed with Dr. Drake Ramoray, the soap opera character played by LeBlanc's character Joey.
In her memoir There Was A Little Girl: The Real Story of Mother and Me, Shields claims it took Agassi three years to replace the trophies.
Despite the shocking incident the pair wed in April 1997 but Shields, who shot to fame in 1978 hit Pretty Baby, claims she realised she had made a mistake the day after their ceremony in California.
'I could not form a sentence. I kept shaking my head as if I had duct tape across my mouth,' she wrote.
'It hit me all of a sudden - I knew I had made a mistake.
'I did not want to be married... I wanted to be a bride but I shouldn't have been married yet.'
Shields also discusses in her book how Agassi, who is one of only seven men to win the Career Grand Slam, broke down and revealed 'that for the whole first part of our relationship he had been addicted to crystal meth'.
'I feared our life together was not based in absolute truth.'
